Does anyone know a good hairstyle for straight hair or curly?

for my birthday, i am going to get my hair chemicaly straightend and cut. i am looking for a layered look or a look with side swept bangs. but i also have natural curls. i mostly put them up because they look like a deflated afro if i don't. so should i got straight or curly? anyone know what to do??

If you decide to get bangs... make sure they aren't cut too short because with curly hair , this could really be an incorrectable problem.

if you really want it straight get it done then get a cut with layers coming in from the chin and side swept bangs

if you rather have curls you can it a natural perm with curls also which tames them

I don't know what you like but I just got my hair cut. It's in layers %26amp; it kind of rounded to where the back its longer than the front. I don't have bangs just short layers, they come to my chin. I have 3 layers, my hair is black(it's not supposed 2 b it just happened), %26amp; a little longer than my shoulders.

Everyone I know thinks it looks cute so...I like it too but not so much before I straighten it!
