How can I keep my hair straight with the humidity?

So my hair is not really long but it isnt really short either.. I cant seem to keep humidity out of my hair. My hair would start to flip out and it wont stay straight. Anyone got any tips or easy access products?

i would buy a quality straightner. then after you have straightened your hair put some hairspray, anti-frizz cream on it. that will keep it straight. hope this helps!

I had this room-mate karen She is white I use grease in my hair blue magic. she tried some just a little and she swears by it. she use is in the summer when it is hot and humid not to much she uses a dab rub her hands together and uses boths hands when she applies it she said is keeps her hair from frizzing.
