Hi, my hairs preety short around 2 - 2 and a half inches, now at the moment to get the hair style I want I have to use straighteners then spike my hair up, thats the only way it will stay that way.
What way do you guys get your hair to be spikey and straight and stay up? I'm sure everyone doesn't use straighteners and i'm sick and bored of doing so.

lol i had like 3 inches of hair no joke, spiked everywhere for a couple months using just wax and then using hair spray after to hold it up, gel will not work, it'll get too wet and heavy and just weigh it down. When you are picking a hair wax make sure you invest in a good one like physique cuz cheap ones either flake or doesn't last long and get extra strong hold hair spray, style it up with your wax, and just spray some in the end to hold and you're good for the whole day even if you go play basketball and sweat it out

i work in a gent hairdressers, what you could try is TIGI (bed head) wax stick. This can be put on dry but better with wet hair. You can also use TIGI hair spray to help it stay up. They do cost a bit but are good and do work.
