Turning wavy hair straight without straightner?

I think personally from my experiences because I have the same problem... that if you want straight hair a straightening iron is the best way to do it. You just have to use a vitamin rich shampoo and you won't have as many split ends. And get a trim to your hair when needed... do not blow dry your hair straight... it makes a very frizzy dilema!!!!! lol! I learned that sometimes it is not the best to have straight hair! Be who you are... don't hide it! If you do you will be sorry later in life! Be happy with your hair, don't ruin it. 閳?br>Turning wavy hair straight without straightner?

theres products that you can put in your hair when it's wet, so you can blow dry it straight.

you can always blow dry it with a special brush.

and when u dry it, put the mouth of the hair dryer very close to ur hair. and try to get the ion protected blowdyer.

blow drying with a round brush. you can make it straight or put a little flip at the end.

You can try setting your iron on a lower heat level since your hair isn't real thick.

Sometimes though, what I do, Is when my hair is dry, Blow dry it on a low heat setting while you brush it out.... It won't be prefectly straight, but the difference is noticeable for sure.

Like everyone else said, try blow drying it. I also have wavy hair, and when I know I won't feel like flat ironing it, I blow dry it right when I get out of the shower. If that doesn't work, try hair products that you can either wash your hair with, or use in your hair after the shower. Good luck.

A friend of mine got a reverse perm...solution made to make it straight, now she just washes, blow drys and go's! And it looks like it was straightened with an iron!!

Well i am a professional beautician and other than using a flat iron all you can try to do is buy you some good straightening creme make sure its a creme and put it on your hair damp not completely dry then take a brush and blow each strand dry using the brush. If you dont want to do that you might consider getting a permanet straightener in your hair, its like getting a perm but without the curls!

I am a hairdresser with curly hair. You can use perm solution and give yourself a straight perm. Go to any Sallys beauty supply and buy box of perm. Squirt the solution onto your hair and with a very fine tooth comb, comb your hair for twenty minutes without stopping. Rinse and follow up the neutralizer. Do not wash or yank at your hair for 2 days and you will have straighter hair!

i have the same proble, but i don't have split end or anything becuase i use a blower and a brush, and i have really curly and it comes out pretty good so there

Well..if your hair was curly I'd reccoment just blowdrying it straight, but that in it self is honestly not the answer.

I suggest you go to get your hair trimmed if you've got split ends now- nothing is worse than them going up and getting worse.

Also, in order to protect your hair from a frying-products by yourself some leave in products. Straightening leave-in products are amazing, and the damage of your blowdryer/straightener is honestly almost nont existant. (bed-head control freak is amazing, but it's on the pricy side.) :D

I would know- I straighten and blowdry my hair everyday..and have been for the longest time, and it's only slightly damaged from...other things I do to it. xDD %26lt;3 Good luck.
